Nike is bringing back their famous Nike Dunk High Premium Splatter Neutral Grey Hot Red Varsity Red Black design as it has been featured on this pair of Nike Dunk High Premiums. Slated to release this Summer, they feature a combination of varsity red, neutral grey, hot red, and black across the shoe. The white splatter effect is seen at the back end, and gives off the effect that it is coming off of te midsole. You can expect to see detailed pictures as they are released.
Here is another sample released from Ebay. This sample is Nike Dunk with high cut and premium leather made. The Nike introduce the Dunk High Premium for East & West, which is designed by DJ Clark Kent, Eddie Cruz and others. This newly-surfaced Nike Dunk High Premium seems to be one of the sneakers that didn’t make the actual cut. However, this size 9 sample is now available in an auction on eBay. It contains a tri-textured construction using premium leather, tumbled leather and suede (swoosh). Other features include white contrast stitching, a red/white speckled midsole and an East vs West Pack logo on the insole. View additional photos below.
“What’s wrong with the world, momma?”… This is a line from Black Eyed Peas 2003 hit single, “Where Is The Love?”, a song with lyrics that lament on various worldwide problems where issues such as terrorism, racism, war, intolerance, and greediness were discussed. This particular song was written by several writers including Taboo, a member of the Black Eyed Peas band. Since then, Taboo and the band have performed almost around the world. Today, Taboo still sticks with his band but on the other side, he is engaged in designing sneakers and is affiliated with Nike Dunks High JUMP USA, a maker of lifestyle-driven footwear dedicated to providing the discerning individual with inspiring design and directional fashion.
With Taboo’s passion for sneakers coupled with his unique artistry, he came up with a collection called Taboo Detah 3008. The pack is composed of three dynamic styles, the Diction low top, the Denizen mid top, and the Delegate super high top. Each of these pairs is equipped with superior cushion and support for dancing with a stylish and aggressive silhouette. The Taboo Deltah 3008 collection uses smooth, clean lines with a simple yet powerful ballistic nylon and patent exterior. “In 3008, there will be no war, race or turmoil. That is where Deltah 3008 comes from,” says Taboo. “I remember not being able to afford the cool shoes everyone had when I was a kid so for my own brand I wanted to create something amazing that everyone can afford.” Taboo refers to himself as a “sneaker pimp” with his own collection topping 700 pairs.
Taboo’s concept of a peaceful world is the message that encompasses his sneaker collection. He hopes that in 3008, one will no longer ask, “What’s wrong with the world, momma?”…Check out for this stunning collection of footwear exclusively for Foot Action stores nationwide in Fall 2010.
