Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar is back

22 Apr

After a brief hiatus, the Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar Black-Mercury Grey-Varsity Purple is back. No over-the-top resurrection was necessary though, as the next color-up to drop will sport a super clean, subdued look. Black denim covers the entire upper, which features frays on every panel’s edge. Matching the white vulcanized sole are the laces and tongue branding, and a Zoom Air-cushioned heel insole. Slated to drop next month, this shoe’s return is sure to please its fans.

Nike’s SB department has some great silhouettes. The new Nike SB Zoom Harbor looks similar to something that we have seen before courtesy of P-Rod but be clear, this is a totally different shoe. In setting itself apart the sneaker is releasing in this Black Denim colorway that features an upper composed of just that. The textile upper creates some interesting effects around the seams of the sneaker and they honestly just beg to be shredded. Chances are these will be lingering on shelves for a while so if you want a pair they won’t be hard to find at all.

After its impromptu debut via his own Twitter and TwitPic, Nike Dunks team member Eric Koston is to unveil his very own signature model since leaving Lakai for Nike Skateboarding. While each of the colorways have made subsequent appearance on various blogs and online stores, we get to see each one in all of its glorious details. A suede upper in minimalistic design with a mesh tongue, all resting on a white midsole and a herringbone tread pattern outsole. But the “real party” is going on in its interior, with Zoom Air cushioning sockliner and a full length Lunarlon midsole.
