  I am sorry for your inconvenience, danny. We do not have paypal account right now. We only accept visa credit card payment. You can use visa to pay your order. If you do not own a visa card, you can re-order and pay it via your parents' or your friend's visa card.

  ND2011062000462 I rec'd this order in a crushed and ripped box. The sneakers are not the correct size. I ordered a ladies size 7. What you sent me was labeled incorrectly and cannot be a size 7. It measures an inch too short from all the other size 7 I have. Its too small and narrow. Please send me a return shipping label. I am willing to try a size 8 in case this was a mistake on the manufactures part.

  I am really really sorry for your crushed and ripped box. It result from the logistics crush. My honest apology. I am sure the shoes is of high quality. The size is correct, i am a nike fan, too. I have 3 sizes of nike shoes, eur 38, eur 39, eur 40. The size has little difference, but the very difference is the vital element to make feet the most comfortable. i can understand your situation.
  
  I always wanna the most comfortable size for my beloved feet, as well as you do. If you wanna change a size, i'd like to recommend to buy a new pair. I will sell you a new eur 39 pair at $50.00 to show my apology, i just find your emails from junk mail, you must have had a lot of tough days for the new pair's size situation.
  
  There are 3 reasons for this: 1.changing a pair will cost at least 2 weeks. 2. You are responsible for the wrong size choice. 3. the postage(maybe higher than $40.00) for you is high cuz you are not a big customer for the logistics company. But we are super big customer for them, so we can get big discount from them, that is the reason why we can provide free shipping strategy to some countries. When you received the new eur 39 pair, you can sell the eur 38 to your friends whose feet meet the size 7.

I have been a collector of Nikes for a while now and i know a fake when i see one in person. Online is a bit harder to identify. So i noticed some of your shoes on here are from Yoa Kustoms how did you get the rights to selling them on here. They don't sell the Mad Hatter shoes on their website so how come you sell yours. Also are these legitamate Nike shoes. I'm not a bout to drop 100 to 300 dollars on some fake uncomfy shoes.
